Action Pistol Targets

Question

Can you add add BDMP PP1/ZG-1/NRA B-27 target to the App?

Short Answer

TargetScan does not support Action Pistol and IPSC targets and we are not planning to add them in the foreseeable future.

Longer Answer

TargetScan has been designed to help athletes improve in target shooting as a sport discipline and supports only those targets where the pattern is built from a set of concentric circles. There are two reasons:

• Recognising patterns other than a set of concentric circles would require completely different algorithm of the vision module
• Adding any human shaped target would require 18+ rating due to 'Realistic violence' (Apple's requirement)

Targets not supported by the App include:

• BDMP PP1, PPC 1500, ZG 1, ZG 2 (Police Pistol), NPA, NPA-B (Service Pistol)
• DSU LPH 1
• NRA B-27, B-29 (Law Enforcement Target)
